Learned counsel states that the claim of the petitioner be considered under Old Pension Scheme, for which reliance is placed on the judgment dated 17.10.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench in CWP No.21305 of 2020 titled as ‘Anil Kumar Yadav Versus State of Haryana and Others.’ He thus submits that with regard to his claim, a representation dated 24.02.2026, Annexure P-10 is pending, which he prays may be decided in a time bound manner in light of the aforesaid judgment. 2.
