Mr. Nitin Gupta, Advocate for respondent No.2-Insurance Company. **** This IOIN has been listed today on the basis of a note given by the Registry as per which the address of respondent No.1 has not been provided in this admitted case due to which it is incomplete so far. However, it is conceded by learned counsel for respondent No.2-Insurance Company that liability of both respondents has been held to be joint and several. Therefore, notice to respondent No.1, who is the driver-cum-owner of the offending vehicle is hereby dispensed with. IOIN stands disposed of accordingly.
