The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 0099 dated 04.12.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Section 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC 1860) at Police Station Jhander, District Amritsar Rural. 2. This Court, vide order dated 21.05.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
