(ORAL) 1. Learned counsel prays for deletion of name of respondent No.4 from the array of parties as he had filed a separate writ petition. 2. Ordered accordingly. 3. Learned counsel submits that no reasons have been assigned while considering the representation of the petitioners inasmuch as he relies on the judgment of Hon’ble the Supreme Court in Orissa Lift Irrigation Corp. Ltd. vs. Rabi Sankar Patro and Others, 2018(1) SCC 468 to contend that distance education certificate, which was obtained till the year 2005 was to be considered and between 2005 to 2013, the same was not to be taken into account.
