(ORAL) 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the information received by him, petitioners-workmen have already expired and no one has contacted him for moving an appropriate application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased and thus, he pleads no instructions. 2. In these circumstances, this Court is unable to proceed further for the purpose of hearing of the present petition and left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3. However, liberty is granted to the LRs of the petitioners to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition with the preparation to argue the matter within four weeks from today, in case
