This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to decide the legal notice-cum-representation dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had duly applied under the oustees scheme on 30.06.2025 and the said application was made within the prescribed time along with requisite bank challan bearing no.ADC-0077847 and upon successful submission the application receipt was generated under application no.OUST0000002748. It is submitted that on the same date i.e., 30.06.2025, the relatives of the petitioner had also submitted two applications through online
