The prayer in this petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 08.11.2024 under Sections 22 of the NDPS Act (Section 111 of the BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Banur, District Patiala. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Sandeep Singh, the driver of the motorcycle was arrested while travelling with one Dharvinder Singh (granted bail vide order dated 30.03.2026 passed in CRM-M-46891-2025) who was a pillion rider and from the bag on the handle of the motorcycle, 700 tablets of tramadol came to be recovered. Separately, Amritpal Singh (granted bail vide order dated 18.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-54037-2025) was travelling on an Activa from whom 250 tablets of Tramadol came to be recovered.
