Learned counsel submits that upon attaining the age of superannuation, the petitioner stood retired on 31.01.2023. There was/is no department proceedings or criminal case pending against him, however, still his retiral benefits have not been released, with regard to which, he has submitted a representation dated 08.11.2025, Annexure P-5 which he prays may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
