However, the period spent by him in custody in this case has been served during conviction in other case bearing FIR No.350 of 2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file the petition afresh. Permitted to do so.
