The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 9 and take action on their representation dated 13.07.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are major. They are in love. Their parents are against their relationship and threats have even been extended to petitioner No.1 by her parents and relatives to kill her. She has left her house and has started living with the petitioner No.2.
