The petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks following reliefs: (i) direction to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 and 5 for not registering FIR against respondents No. 6 and 7; (ii) direction to respondents No. 2 to 5 to register FIR against respondents No. 6 and 7; (iii) directions to respondents No. 2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 6 and 7; (iii) direction to respondents No. 2 to 5 to consider and decide representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
