Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.271 dated 28.12.2025, under Sections 21, 27-A, 29/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2.
