The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.226 dated 28.11.2025 registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191(3), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of a misunderstanding which has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised between the parties. He has referred to a copy of the compromise in this regard at Annexure P-2. 3. A Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.02.2026 had directed the
