(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.32 dated 8.02.2026 registered under Sections 22(B) of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. A status report dated 11.07.2026 by way of an affidavit of Rajiv Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City, Karnal has been filed on behalf of the State by the learned counsel for the State. The same is taken on record. He on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
