(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner during the pendency of trial in FIR No. 48 dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Faridabad NIT, District Faridabad, under Sections 103(1), 140(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. As per the prosecution, the present FIR was registered on the statement of complainant Mahender, who reported that his minor son Vinay had gone missing on 10.03.2025 and did not return home. During the search, information was received regarding the recovery of an unidentified dead body of a child from the Mangar area, which was kept at B.K. Hospital, Faridabad.
