Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 18.11.2025, Annexure P-15, has been served upon the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
