This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking transfer of investigation in FIR No.110 dated 16.05.2026 registered under Sections 115, 190, 191(3) and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 (Corresponding to Sections 323, 148, 149, 506 of the IPC, 1860) at Police Station Kaithal Sadar, District Kaithal, to some senior police officer, with a direction for fresh, fair, impartial and time-bound investigation. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the local police is in collusion with the accused persons. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
