This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 24.11.2025 passed by ld. JMIC, Jagadhari in case CIS No. NIA Act No. 2242/2018 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act titled as Jasbir Singh Vs Rinku Saini pending in the court of ld. JMIC, Jagadhari whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person vide order dated 24.11.2025 on account of his non-appearance before the learned trial Court. He further submits that the petitioner's previous counsel had informed him that the complaint had been dismissed in default and, therefore, there was no necessity for him to appear before the Court. Believing the said statement of his previous counsel to be correct, the petitioner did not appear
