The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (Section 528 BNSS, 2023) is for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-11) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Moga vide which the petitioners were declared proclaimed offenders in FIR No.336 dated 27.11.2014 under Sections 450, 325, 323, 34IPC, Act No.45 of 1860 (corresponding Sections 332(b), 117(2), 115(2), 3(5) BNS, Act No.45 of 2023) registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga, Punjab. 2.
