(ORAL) In compliance of the order dated 27.05.2026, cost of `15,000/- has already been received by the petitioner, as informed by counsel for the petitioner. 2. Since on the first call, compliance report had not been filed, therefore, respondent was directed to appear in person. After some time respondent, Dr. Hitender Kaur, Director Health & Family Welfare, Punjab, appeared in person and has filed compliance report. Along with the compliance report, copy of the speaking order dated 09.07.2026 is also annexed. 3. Thus, the order dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure P1) stands complied with as all retiral benefits have since been released to the petitioner as per the compliance report.
