Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.175 dated 24.11.2025, under Under Section 21 of NDPS Act and subsequently Sections 15, 29,27-A of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Section 111 of BNS, 2023 and under Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 added later on, registered at Police Station Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that the petitioner is an accused of being involved in an FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving alleged recovery of 10 grams of heroin, 5 kg 600 grams of poppy husk and ₹2,000/- alleged to be drug money. 3.
