Learned counsel representing appellants as well as learned counsel representing respondent No. 3-Insurance Company states that matter has been settled before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2026 is also received. In pursuance of aforesaid compromise, learned counsel representing respondent No. 3-Insurance Company has handed over a cheque for a sum of Rs. 1,60,000/- to learned counsel representing appellants i.e. Mr. Wazir Singh, Advocate, which is accepted by him on behalf of appellants. Photocopy of cheque is already on file as Annexure A-1. 2.
