By the said order, while exercising revisional jurisdiction, the learned Revisional Court reversed the order dated 12.10.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amloh, whereby the application filed by respondent No.2/complainant under Section 216 Cr.P.C. had been dismissed 2.
