(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case bearing FIR No.126 dated 11.04.2026 under Sections 15B, 18C, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar, Dabwali, District Sirsa. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.04.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
