The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction or any other writ by directing the respondents to identify, scrutinize and exclude all such candidates from the selection process for the post of PGTs in the subject of Commerce who were not in possession of valid category certificates strictly in terms of the Haryana Government Notification dated 16.07.2024 and the conditions of advertisement No.20 of 2024 (Annexure P-1) and release/de-freeze the post in the subject of Commerce which has been hold on the issue which has been settled upto the Hon’ble Supreme Court and to ensure uniform and non-discriminatory application of the same across the entire selection process, hence any appointment made in favour of candidates not
