Present Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner under the policy of regularization dated 7.3.1996/18.3.1996 w.e.f. 01.02.1996 in view of clarification issued by the State Government dated 18.6.2014 (Annexure P/10), as the State Government has regularized the services of others similarly situated large no. of employees in the year 2014 under the regularization policy of 7.3.1996/18.3.1996. The Petitioner is working without any break for the last more than 30 years; and set aside the order dated 24.1.2013 (Annexure P/8) whereby the respondent no. 3 had rejected the case of the petitioner being time barred despite the fact that the petitioner was held
