Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is covered by the judgment of Hon’ble the Supreme Court in SLP (Diary) No.33265- 2018 in SLP-31566-2018, which along with a batch of other cases, has been disposed of vide judgment dated 16.04.2026 in Civil Appeal No.1998-2024, regarding which, he will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
