Present appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the order dated 06.04.2026, whereby his request for grant of anticipatory bail has been declined by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, in case FIR No.37 dated 10.02.2026 under sections 115, 190, 191(3), 333, 351(2), 117(2) BNS and sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station City Jagadhri, Yamuna Nagar. 2. On 28.04.2026, following order was passed:- “1. xxxx xxxx xxxx xxx 2.
