The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 152 dated 06.06.2025 registered under Sections 25(6), 25(7), 25(8) and 25(1-A) of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 42 and 52-A of Prisons Act, 1894 at Police Station Anti-Narcotics Force (ANTF), District Amritsar. 2.
