This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read as Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to the respondent for conducting a proper and fair investigation in the FIR No. 123 dated 18.03.2026 under Sections 115,3(5), 324 (4), 333,351(2) of BNS, 2023 (under Sections 323,427,452,506,34 of IPC) registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal, Haryana against the accused persons and further to proceed in the matter by arresting the other accused persons and submit the challan in a time bound manner. 2.
