The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondent-authorities in not regularizing the service of the petitioner w.e.f. August, 2014 instead of February, 2018 as juniors to the petitioner have been given benefit of regularization of service w.e.f. August, 2014. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the service of the petitioner deemed to be regularized w.e.f.
