The suit was for recovery of ₹15,01,700/-, which included the principal amount of ₹7,37,477/- and the interest up to date of filing of the suit as ₹7,64,223/-. The decree was passed in respect of this en%re amount. 6. This Court while passing the order dated 29.01.2026 in RSA No.4484 of 2025, had stayed the recovery of only pendente lite interest and not the interest component, prior to the ins%tu%on of the suit. Therefore, the pe%%oner cannot claim that he is not required to deposit the interest component of the decretal amount, which was prior to the ins%tu%on of the suit. 7. As such, this Court does not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order. Finding the present revision pe%%on to be devoid of any merit, the same is hereby dismissed.
