Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that in the present case, compensation, enhanced compensation as well as compensation for the structure has been paid to the petitioner and a 4 marlas plot has also been allotted to the petitioner under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme which is to be allotted only after the acquisition has attained finality. 2. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the case. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case he wants to pursue the present case or in case any cause survives. 4. Registry is directed to send a copy of the present order to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the memo of parties.
