DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 509 RSA-1685-2006 (O&M) PUNJAB STATE FED. OF COOP. HOUSE V/S GURMEET SINGH & ORS. Present: None. As nobody appeared on the last date of hearing, notices were issued to the parties for today which have been received back with the following report:- Notice sent to the appellant has been duly served. Respondents No.1 to 3 could not be served as their house was found locked for long time. Notice issued to respondents No.4 and 5 have been received back with the report of incomplete addresses. In view of these circumstances, more particularly, appellant having chosen not to come present despite service, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, if so advised, by moving an appropriate application.
