The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the list dated 12.08.2024 (Annexure P-5) which was issued by respondent No. 2, whereby candidature of the petitioner has been rejected illegally. 2.
