DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 504 CWP-13776-2004 PRIT PAL KAUR & ORS. V/S STATE OF HY. & ORS. Present: None for the petitioners. Mr.Jasvir Singh, AAG, Haryana. Mr.Ashok Kumar, Assistant o/o DEEO, Ambala. Notice sent to petitioner No.1 for the previous date, had been received back with the report “Served through son” and notice sent to respondent No.3 has been received back with the report that he was found to be not posted at the given address. Notice sent to petitioner No.2 for today, has been received back with the report that she is not residing at the given address. Learned State counsel states that addresses of the petitioners as given in the heading of the writ petition, are the only addresses available in the record of the department. In the circumstances, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioners to get it revived, if so advised, by moving an appropriate application.
