Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.207 dated 14.9.2024 under Sections 103, 238, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur. 2.
