The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 16.04.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur in Criminal Appeal No.221 of 2024 titled as Pawan Kumar Jain Vs. Gopal Sharma and another, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to deposit 20% of compensation amount as awarded by the learned Trial Court within a period of 60 days. 2. The learned counsels for the parties contend that the appeal appears to have been disposed of as per the status uploaded on the website. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage. 4. Disposed of. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
