This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 27.09.2011 (Annexure P-18), 05.12.2013 (Annexure P-19) and 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-21) passed by respondent Nos.4, 3 and 2 respectively. 2.
