186 (FAO) INCOMP-1580-2026 PARVEJ KHAN AND ANOTHER V/S JASWINDER SINGH AND ANOTHER **** Present: None. **** The present appeal has been filed in the Registry and on scrutiny thereof, it had raised some objections on 08.04.2026. However, learned counsel/party, who filed the present appeal, has neither removed the raised objection(s) nor taken back the papers. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. On failure, the case is to be listed before the Court for orders. Today also, no one came present. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed.
