Prayer in the present petition is for directing the official respondents to release the petitioner on parole in FIR No.105 dated 17.05.2016 registered under Sections 394, 397, 34 of IPC, at Police Station City Narwana, Jind, for a period of 05 weeks and to consider and decide the application/representation dated 23.02.2026 submitted by the mother of the petitioner. 2. As per the facts of the case, the petitioner was prosecuted in a case FIR No.105, dated 17.05.2016 registered under Sections 394, 397, 34 of IPC, at Police Station City Narwana, Jind, and after completion of trial, the petitioner was convicted and sentenced for life imprisonment vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.09.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind.
