259 IOIN-1-CRM-53140-2025 IN CRM-53140-2025 IN CRA-S-4543-SB-2015 PARMOD KUMAR V/S STATE OF HARYANA Present: Ms. Prabeen Kumari Dhariwal, Advocate for Mr. Gunjan Mehta, Advocate for the applicant/appellant(s). Ms. Diya Sodhi, Sr. DAG, Haryana. **** On 02.04.2026, the following order was passed:- “The prayer in the present application under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for seeking permission to travel abroad (Canada) for a period of five months from April/May to August/September, 2026. The learned counsel for the applicant-appellant contends that the son of the applicant-appellant is a resident of Canada. He intends to visit his son for a period of 05 months and therefore, has moved the instant application. The learned counsel for the State contends that the applicant-appellant may be permitted to travel abroad subject to onerous conditions to be imposed by this Court. In view of the prayer made, the applicant- appellant is granted permission to travel abroad (Canada) for a period of 05 months from April/May to August/September, 2026 and return back to India by 30.09.2026 subject to the following condition:- (i) The applicant-appellant shall prepare an FDR in the sum of Rs.10 lacs and
