Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in the present case, challenge has been made to the notifications of the year 2003 and 2004 as well as the award dated 22.11.2006 on the ground that the acquisition has lapsed under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. It is submitted that the writ petition was filed in the year 2018 and the respondents have already taken possession of the premises in question vide Rapat Roznamcha No.172 dated 22.11.2006 and even the compensation has been tendered at the time of announcement of the award. It is submitted that the present petition deserves to be set aside in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority V
