Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer with regard to cash medical allowance, however, submits that his case qua restoration of 100% commuted pension from the date when its full value has been recovered, including notional interests, is squarely covered by the judgment in Haryana Vidyut Parsaran Nigam, Panchkula Vs. M.K. Mittal and another, LPA-2002-2024, decided on 20.01.2026 and prays that the case be disposed of in terms thereof. 2. Learned Senior Counsel has been unable to controvert regards the factual position and draw out any distinctive aspects in the afore-mentioned judgment or cite any contrary thereto. 3.
