JUSTICE PARMOD GOYAL Present: Mr. Anil Chawla, Senior Panel Counsel for the applicants/respondents. PARMOD GOYAL, J. (ORAL) In the present case, applicants/respondents have sought condonation of delay of 607 days in filing the application for restoration of review application which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 23.03.2023. 2. The only ground taken in the application (CM-1828-C-2026) was that counsel appearing for applicants was appointed as judicial member in CAT Jaipur Bench in September, 2023 and on account of his appointment, dismissal was not communicated and dismissal came to the knowledge of the applicants only on 18.12.2025. 3. On consideration, I find that the excuse made by applicants to seek condonation of delay is totally unjustified and is belied by the facts of the present case. Admittedly, review was filed in 2019 which was dismissed CHIRANJEEV SINGH 2026.0
