Learned counsel for the appellants submits that total compensation awarded by the Authority was ₹76,978/-. The appellants were held entitled to 1/3rd share. At present, he has no instructions from his clients, thus, appeal may be disposed of, however, liberty may be granted to move an appropriate application within 6 months, if cause survives. 2. In the backdrop, the appeal stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
