Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.69 dated 25.04.2026, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. Offence under Section 29 of NDPS was added in the FIR during investigation. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2. While issuing notice of motion on 04.06.2026, following order was passed:- “ Learned counsel for the petitioner has inter alia argued that on 25.04.2026, in the area of the police station in question, co-accused Dharampreet Singh @ Dharma and Pargat Singh of the petitioner were found in conscious possession of 50 grams of heroin in violation of the provisions of the NDPS Act; that on their arrest in KAPIL 2026.07.15 19:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-32820-2026 (O&M) -2- the matter in question, they are
