Learned counsel states that the legal notice dated 01.08.2025, Annexure P-13 with regard to the claim of the petitioner for balance amount of medical reimbursement is still pending, which he prays may be decided keeping in view the judgment passed in a similar case bearing No.CWP-6049 of 2023 titled as ‘Suresh Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and Others, Annexure P-14. 2. Learned State Counsel as well as counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 have no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
