Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that both the petitioners are of marriageable age and have married each other of their free will and consent but against the wishes of the respondents No.4 to 14 because of which the said respondents are now threatening life and liberty of the petitioners; and that representation Annexure P-4 dated 11.07.2026 of the petitioners moved before the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, has till date not been decided. 2. Notice of the petition to the respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. 3. Ms. Aditi Girdhar, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on their behalf. 4.
