Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No. 18, dated 22.01.2026, u/s 115(2), 126(2), 190, 193(3) and 351(3) of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, (later on added Sections 110, 191(3) and 193(3) of BNS have been deleted) at Police Station Parao, Ambala Cantt., District Ambala. 2.
